As of 5:15 PM, 380 electoral violations have been recorded in Jordan, with more than an hour left until the polls close.

Amer Bani Amer, the director of Al-Hayat Center (Rased), stated that there has been an increase in voter turnout compared to the previous elections. However, Amer noted that cases of violence and voter intimidation have increased.

Forty-one of the 380 electoral violations have been referred to the Public Prosecutor.

Seven cases of identity fraud; five instances of voters refusing to apply ink on fingers; and 86 attempts of vote-buying have been recorded.

Amman’s First District recorded the lowest voter turnout, while the governorate of Ma’an had the highest, at 52 percent.
